After almost ten years in business, Rigaud's St-Hubert Express restaurant, located in the Halte Routière Olivier-Guimond at 420 Chemin J.-René-Gauthier, will officially close its doors on March 15.

The information was confirmed on social networks, but Néomédia was unable to reach the franchise owner or St-Hubert head office, despite several attempts.

According to the Groupe St-Hubert website, the Rigaud franchise belongs to André Meloche, who also owns the Vaudreuil-Dorion, Kirkland and Fabreville branches. Having always had a passion for the restaurant and hotel business, he decided to exploit these passions and began studying hotel management at the ITHQ.

All along the way, he knew that one day he would be at the helm of his own business. To build up his experience and realize his ambition, he worked in a variety of roles, including restaurant chef and assistant hotel manager, both in Quebec and abroad.

In 1987, the entrepreneur decided it was time to launch his own business, and opened his first St-Hubert rotisserie in Vaudreuil.

According to the St-Hubert website, providing the best customer service is the most important thing for Mr. Meloche. His goal is to constantly improve his practices and infrastructures to meet new needs, while enhancing the experience and expertise of his employees.
