John Abbott College announces a major advance in its Paramedical Care program. To better prepare students for their future careers, the program has integrated Préhos software on iPads, offering hands-on experience with the same cutting-edge tools used by emergency medical services professionals in the field.

This initiative provides students with hands-on training, easing the transition from the classroom to emergency response. By working with Préhos software, they develop the skills and confidence essential to managing high-pressure medical situations.

To mark this achievement, we were honoured to welcome Rémi Richard, CEO of Préhos, to campus for a commemorative photo alongside Matthew Messina Morin, Co-Coordinator of the Paramedical Care Department, and a group of enthusiastic students.

This initiative was made possible by the SPU grant, which funded the purchase of iPads and Préhos software for our students.
