The Ville de Vaudreuil-Dorion has presented its Spring Break program, offering citizens a variety of activities suitable for the whole family. Parents are invited to plan their children's registrations now, or to organize their week around the events offered by the municipality.

The Town is offering a wide range of activities for its residents during Spring Break, March 3 to 7, 2025. Families can choose between a weekly day camp and some twenty à la carte activities.

Day camp

The camp, aimed at Vaudreuil-Dorion residents aged 5 to 12, will be held at the Cité-des-Jeunes Sports Center from Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Childcare will be available mornings and evenings, from 7 a.m. to 9 a.m. and from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. Registration opens at noon on February 11.

The camp will offer both indoor and outdoor activities. Participants will have access to free swim time at the sports center's pool, as well as sliding and skating activities at Parc de la Maison-Valois, weather permitting.

One-off activities

A variety of activities will be offered to the public. These artistic, playful and scientific activities will be carried out in collaboration with partners, who will share their expertise with the children in attendance.

The Centre multisports André-Chagnon gymnasium will be the venue for a variety of sports activities. In addition, winter facilities will be set up at Maison-Valois Park and Harwood Nature Park.

Registration for paid activities opens on February 18 at 9 a.m. Places will be limited, and registration will be required for most activities. Please note that the City of Vaudreuil-Dorion will also be offering a number of free activities. Details are available on the city's website.

Skating and open swim

Skating sessions at the municipal arena will be offered free of charge. The schedule of spring break activities is available on the city's website, under the Arena and outdoor skating rinks section.

An inflatable structure (Wibit) will be installed in the indoor pool of the Centre sportif de la Cité-des-Jeunes on March 4 and 6, in the afternoon.

For more information, visit the School Break section of the city's website. If you have any questions about registration, contact the Service des loisirs et de la culture at 450 455-3371, option 4.
