The Fédération de l'UPA de la Montérégie is organizing a contest to raise public awareness of the challenges faced by agricultural producers and citizens alike. Until November 1, participants will have the opportunity to test their knowledge and win one of 5 gift baskets of 100% local products, valued at $150 each.

The Fédération de l'UPA de la Montérégie would like to thank its partners in this regional project: the MRCs of Acton, Beauharnois-Salaberry, Haut-Richelieu, Haut-Saint-Laurent, Jardins-de-Napierville, Marguerite-D'Youville, Maskoutains, Pierre-De Saurel, Roussillon, Rouville, La Vallée-du-Richelieu and Vaudreuil-Soulanges, the City of Longueuil and the Ministère de l'Agriculture, des Pêcheries et de l'Alimentation. These organizations are pooling their resources and efforts to develop strategies and tools to ensure that this awareness campaign reaches the entire region.

This project is made possible thanks to the financial support of the Stratégie bioalimentaire Montérégie.

Contest rules

- This contest is open to all adults (18 and over) who have visited a public market in Montérégie or are interested in the awareness campaign;

- To participate, you must answer the questions;

- This contest runs until November 1, 2024 at 4 p.m.;

- Winners will be chosen by random draw from among all entrants;

- The five (5) winners will be announced on the Fédération de l'UPA de la Montérégie Facebook page on November 12, 2024 at 12 p.m. Winners will be contacted by the means of their choice;

- Only one entry per person. No purchase necessary;

- Winners must pick up their prize at a Montérégie MRC office. The prize must be accepted as described in these rules;

- By entering this contest, participants authorize the contest organizers to publish their name if they win, without compensation of any kind;

- Personal information collected from entrants as part of this contest will be used solely for the administration of this contest. No communication, commercial or otherwise, unrelated to this contest will be sent to the participant.
