The free distribution of rapid tests for COVID-19 has been temporarily suspended at local points of service of the CISSS de la Montérégie-Ouest. This is what the regional health authority has confirmed over the last few days via its website.

Clients eligible for Covid-19 screening at PSL can still book an appointment via the Clic Santé website, or by calling 1 877 644-4545.

To be eligible, you must:

- Be a healthcare worker;

- Have a referral from a healthcare professional for screening prior to surgery, hospitalization or medical treatment;

- Have symptoms of COVID-19 and be eligible for treatment (such as PaxlovidTM);

For those who are not eligible, the following resources are available on the CISSSMO website:

- Self-care guide;

- Aide à la décision en cas de symptômes d'infection respiratoire;

- Practical tips for limiting the spread of respiratory infections.
