Deanna Stellato-Dudek and Maxime Deschamps back on the national team
Skate Canada confirms the athletes and synchronized skating teams that will form its national team for the 2024-2025 season. The team includes five men, four women, three pair teams, five ice dance teams and three synchronized skating teams. Among them is a skater from Vaudreuil-Dorion.
Not surprisingly, the 2024 World Pairs Champions Deanna Stellato-Dudek and Maxime Deschamps from Vaudreuil-Dorion are back for another season. To be named to the national team, skaters must place in the top three in the senior disciplines of men's singles, women's singles, pair or ice dance, at the 2024 Canadian National Skating Championships and/or be assigned to an ISU 2024 Grand Prix event, the ISU Grand Prix selection meeting, and must compete during the 2024-2025 season.
