In Hudson and Coteau-du-Lac: celebrating Canada Day in Vaudreuil-Soulanges

On June 30th and July 1st, Canada Day will be celebrated as usual in Hudson and Coteau-du-Lac, with daytime activities. Hudson will be the only town to offer a fireworks display at 10 p.m. to celebrate Canada's 157th birthday.

Hudson - June 30

On June 30, Canada Day will be a trifecta of festivities in Hudson, with three celebration sites! Parc St-Thomas comes alive at 2 p.m. with inflatable games, face painting, kiosks and entertainment for the whole family. At 8pm, the Groove Affair group will take to the stage for a revue of hits from the 1960s to today. At the community center, Wapikoni mobile films will be screened from 3pm. Finally, we're off to Parc Jack-Layton at 10 p.m. for the fireworks. For more information, visit the Town of Hudson's Facebook page.

In Parc St-Thomas, you'll find :

- LGBTQ+ organization;
- Hudson Firefighters with their obstacle course;
- Alibi barn ($);

Coteau-du-Lac National Historic Site - July 1st

On July 1, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., it will be party time at the historic waterfront site. Children will enjoy activities such as a rally and games. The Association québécoise des Loisirs folkloriques Sud-Ouest will be on hand to keep visitors dancing. At 3 p.m., a cake will be served. All these activities are free of charge.
