On Monday, October 30, the Municipality of Les Coteaux will welcome a new employee to its ranks. The appointment of Marco Amyot to the position of Director of Public Works was ratified by the municipal council at its regular meeting on Monday, September 18. 

Mr. Amyot's arrival in the municipal organization chart follows the departure of Chantale Joncas, Assistant Director of the Municipalité des Coteaux, on August 11. 

Having left, she left her position vacant. However, the seat was empty for only a short time, as Audrey Caza, who held the position of Director of Operations and Infrastructures, was promoted. 

Ms. Caza left her position vacant, however, and it will be filled with the arrival of Mr. Amyot. The posting period ran from August 2 to August 18, and five candidates were interviewed by a selection committee comprising General Manager Pamela Nantel, Audrey Caza and municipal councillors Véronique Lefebvre and François Deschamps. 

Following the individual interviews, Marco Amyot came out on top, and will be joining the ranks of the Municipality in six weeks' time.
