During the last few days, action resumed on the construction site located just next to the Rivia residence on the boulevard de la Gare in Vaudreuil-Dorion. Néomédia was able to speak with the Acquisition Vice-President of COREV Group, a company that has taken over some of the assets of Sélection Group, the former owner of the premises. 

”Construction has begun on the site and first tenants are expected in summer 2026. The size of the apartments that will be offered will vary between two and a half rooms and four and a half rooms, but the majority will be three and four and a half. The exteriors of the project will be beautiful.  Interested people will be able to show their interest in the rental as early as mid-2025. This is our first project in the Vaudreuil-Soulanges region and we are very happy about it,” he said on the phone. 

Mr. Maloney says the project will be innovative, “We are going to propose something different to the population and future residents. The project is aimed at clients aged 50 and over. We really want to create a mini-real estate complex with 100% redone exteriors and very beautiful, but adding a commercial aspect on the ground floor. The identity of the company that will be established there will be revealed later. It is important to note that the project will not be a phase 2 of the Rivia residence.
