On February 7, the Auberge des Gallant in Ste-Marthe hosted the Uniag Coopérative’s Dairy Performance Gala, an annual event to honour the region’s best dairy producers. This 2025 edition was an opportunity to celebrate the farms that are pushing the boundaries of excellence in the dairy industry.

During this evening decorated with casino-style gaming tables, producers, consultants and partners from the agricultural community socialized in a festive and playful atmosphere.

Outstanding performance rewarded

Several awards have been given to recognize the outstanding achievements of dairy companies in Montérégie-Ouest and Eastern Ontario.

Close to us, the Ferme Vigilan Patrick Vincent et Émilie Therrien de Coteau-du-Lac won the honors in the combined races category. The Coteaulacoese farm company shares the honours with Patrick Daetwyler’s Ferme Daetwyler (jerseys) in Plantagenet.

The Top 5 of the Dairy Performance Club unveiled

The long-awaited moment of the evening was the announcement of the Dairy Performance Club’s Top 5, highlighting the most successful and inspiring producers.

Impressive fact: for the first time ever, the top five farms have crossed the prestigious cap of three kilos of fat per quota. The winning companies are located in Sainte-Agnès-de-Dundee, Sainte-Anne-de-Prectette, Sainte-Rose, Hinchinbrooke and St-Isidore in Ontario.
