“For four years now, APOAC has proudly carried the mandate of highlighting the involvement of Afro-descendant communities in the two MRCs of Vaudreuil-Soulanges and Beauharnois-Salaberry. The encouragement and commitment of our members and partners motivate us to continue this work, which requires a great deal of love for humanity in order to become facilitators of living together and foster positive, inclusive cohabitation. In this way, together, we will build a united and healthy Canadian society and Quebec province, reflecting our values as citizens.” - Nathaly-Rmène Rousseau, APOAC Director
