Vaudreuil-Dorion's Laurence Libersan officially joins Star Académie 2025. Four candidates, including the young Vaudreuil-Dorion native, received their passes on the show En route vers Star Académie, broadcast this Thursday on TVA.

The 3 other candidates who won't be eliminated this Sunday are Mia Tinayre from Quebec City, Albert Asselin, also from Quebec City, and Léo Leroux from Lévis.

Laurence is a student in popular music interpretation at Collège Lionel-Groulx. Passionate about music, she aspires to become a singer-songwriter.

This means that Laurence will be protected from elimination for this Sunday's Star Académie premiere.

As a result, Laurence will be moving into the new Star Académie premises in Montreal's Hochelaga-Maisonneuve district.
