The Chambre de Commerce et d'Industrie de Vaudreuil-Soulanges (CCIVS) is pleased to announce that the second edition of Horizons Économiques will be held on February 19, 2025 at the Centre Multisports André-Chagnon in Vaudreuil-Dorion.

For this 2025 edition, the CCIVS has chosen the theme “Towards a sustainable future: opportunities and challenges” to encourage collective reflection on the issues that will shape our region and the innovations needed to stimulate responsible, sustainable economic growth.

“Building on the success of the first edition, the CCIVS has designed an enriched and adapted program for this year's event, taking into account current issues related in particular to infrastructure, the workforce and the integration of new technologies. We have made it a point of honour to exceed expectations, with the aim of positioning this event on a regional scale,” explains Mr. Taï Cory, General Manager of the CCIVS.

Participants will be able to attend, among other things:

- Pierre Cléroux, Vice-President and Chief Economist, BDC, on the 2025 economic outlook.

- Joanne Brunet, Executive Director of DEV, on regional economic development prospects.

- Philippe Gribeauval, President and CEO, CISSSMO, on “Building tomorrow's hospital”.
accompanied by Pomerleau's opening remarks.

- Fadi Moubayed, Director at Transports Québec, on the maintenance and construction work on the Île aux Tourtes bridge.

“Our ambition is to make this event a catalyst for reflection by bringing together economic players, political decision-makers and members of the community to define a common vision for a prosperous future,” concludes Cory.

Tickets for the second edition of Economic Horizons are currently on sale on the CCIVS website.
