Fans of Krema et Co. Gelato et Gâteries, located at 246 Avenue Saint-Charles since April 2023, will soon see their favorite café-bistro move just a few blocks away. The relocation is expected to happen by the end of March, as confirmed by owner Lina Cantali to Néomédia.

A notice announcing the move is already displayed in the front window of Krema et Co. The new address, 360 Avenue Saint-Charles, offers a picturesque setting by the water in the Vaudreuil Bay area.

As owner Lina Cantali explains, "Our current lease was coming to an end, and we had a big decision to make: stay or relocate? Ultimately, we decided to move for several reasons, including the need for more space, easier parking, and the opportunity to offer more homemade and savory products."

The new location will occupy the entire ground floor at 360 Avenue Saint-Charles. "Our gelato maker will be installed at the front, allowing us to produce our own gelatos on-site. We’ll be the only ones in the area making homemade gelato," Cantali shares.

"Our primary goal remains the same: to keep prices as low as possible. We’re constantly exploring the best ways to produce quality products at reasonable costs while staying profitable," she adds.

Currently, Cantali is awaiting permits from the City of Vaudreuil-Dorion. Her project includes a request for a minor zoning variance to expand parking, which will be reviewed at the next Urban Planning Advisory Committee meeting in February.

The expanded space promises a better customer experience, with approximately 26 indoor seats, a large terrace at the back, and a deck at the front. "We’re excited to create a welcoming and spacious environment for our customers," Cantali says.
