Two residents of Vaudreuil-Soulanges will take part in the 2025 Celebration Gala this Sunday, January 12, with one of them potentially winning the grand prize of $1 million.

Daniel Ménard, from Vaudreuil-Soulanges, received a 2025 Celebration ticket as a holiday gift from his mother. She purchased the winning ticket at the IGA Famille Vincent grocery store in Coteau-du-Lac.

On Boxing Day, Daniel’s mother used Messenger to ask her relatives if anyone had won a prize with the tickets she had given them. That’s when Daniel revealed in the group chat that he would be attending the 2025 Celebration Gala!

André Dupras, also from the region, represents a group of three friends and former colleagues. He purchased the 2025 Celebration ticket during a trip to Beauce. It was his partner who scratched the ticket and exclaimed, “André, three TELE!” He quickly called the group members to share the exciting news.

This year, television prize winners will again have the opportunity to attend the 2025 Celebration Gala at the Théâtre du Casino du Lac-Leamy in Gatineau.

For the third consecutive year, Véronic DiCaire, Gregory Charles, and Sébastien Benoit will host the event. The star-studded lineup includes iconic Quebec music figures who are sure to entertain viewers of all ages: Patrick Norman, France D’Amour, Louis-Jean Cormier, Sara Dufour, K.Maro, Kim Richardson, Éléonore Lagacé, Rafaëlle Roy, and the DM Nation dance troupe.

Ticket holders for Celebration 2025 also have a chance to become millionaires, with five $1,000,000 prizes and a grand prize of $5,000,000 up for grabs during the January 12 gala. The event will be broadcast live at 7:00 p.m. on TVA.
