A free winter day for the 150th anniversary of Saint-Lazare
As part of the festivities surrounding Ville de Saint-Lazare's 150th anniversary, the Comité des fêtes du 150e invites young and old to a winter day where they can witness one of the largest gatherings of antique snowmobiles ever seen in Saint-Lazare, as well as the first edition of the zany Ice Bed Race.
The free event is open to the whole family, Saint-Lazare residents and non-residents alike, and will take place at Parc nature Les Forestiers on Sunday, February 16, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
On the program for the day:
Starting at 10 a.m:
- Antique snowmobile exhibition;
- Decorated sleigh parade (details to come for registration);
- Snow sculpture demonstration;
- Demonstration of winter camping techniques;
Starting at 11 a.m:
- Wacky ice-bed race

- Antique snowmobile drag races (radar challenge);
