Exo confirms that work on the Lucien-L'Allier station is progressing smoothly. The precise reopening date will be announced in the coming weeks, once certain critical stages have been completed. The return of the Vaudreuil/Hudson line is still scheduled for later in the fall of 2024.

Necessary repairs to the Lucien-L'Allier train station began on April 1. The work involves rebuilding the station's 4 platforms, which have reached the end of their useful life, adding a canopy to protect customers from inclement weather, and installing emergency exits to improve safety. The Lucien-L'Allier station platforms were last renovated almost 50 years ago, for the 1976 Montreal Olympic Games.
