The Great Autumn Harvest takes place this Saturday in Saint-Lazare

Saint-Lazare residents are invited to take part in the fall harvest this Saturday, November 2, in the Town Hall parking lot at 1960 Chemin Sainte-Angélique. 

During this event, the Town will be harvesting ornamental and edible plants from its flowerbeds, and sharing the fruits of this harvest with interested residents between 9 a.m. and noon. 

Residents must bring their own containers and reusable bags to benefit from the plants available on site. This annual event will be held on a first-come, first-served basis, rain or shine.

The list of plants available is as follows: 

- Tomatoes; 

- Ground cherries; 

- Squash; 

- Lemon balm; 

- Cabbage; 

- Corn; 

- Swiss chard; 

- Lavender; 

- Nasturtium; 

- Rhubarb; 

 - Hot pepper; 

- Beans; 

- Herbs (rosemary, parsley, lemongrass, thyme, mint, oregano).

Visitors will be asked to show their Saint-Lazare Access Card as proof of residency.
