On Thursday, October 15, the Vigilance project team from the Centre de santé et de services sociaux de la Montérégie-Ouest won a prestigious award at the 14th edition of the Prix Hippocrate.

For those interested, the Prix Hippocrate stands out for its ability to bring together players from across the healthcare ecosystem, highlighting varied expertise and building a network of interdisciplinary, multi-sector innovations. Among the various award categories, the Vigilance project won the Innovation Award for the Provision of adapted, inclusive and cross-disciplinary services to populations, particularly the most vulnerable.

Vigilance's mission
