This autumn, Vaudreuil-Dorion residents aged 50 and over are once again invited to take part in the workshops offered as part of the Cultural Passport. Once again this year, two time slots are offered to participants.

Group 1: 10 a.m. to noon

Group 2: 1:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m.

Starting September 10, 9 a.m.

By registering, participants agree to attend all four workshops.

Fall program

October 2nd
Wood assembly and painting workshop with Roger Brabant
Creation of a bird from wood and recycled materials, decorated to each participant's taste.

October 9th
Flamenco dance workshop with Sarah Murphy
A complete course to learn the basics of Flamenco dance: technical exercises and rhythmic dance sequences, learning choreographies that develop grace and posture through excellent physical and cardio exercise.

October 16th
Writing workshop with Patrick Richard “Laisser sa trace dans un cahier” (Leave your mark in a notebook)
Exploration of various techniques to liberate the creative and liberating gesture of daily writing, tips and practical exercises to overcome blockages and connect to your own narrative voice.

October 23rd
Making the ultimate scouring pad with the Cercle des fermières de Vaudreuil
Using knitting, crochet or needlework, make a versatile, non-abrasive scouring pad, perfect for removing hard water deposits, washing dishes and more.

Workshops will take place at the La Croisée building, located at 1255, rue Émile-Bouchard.
