The Ville de Coteau-du-Lac and the Municipalité des Coteaux are once again collaborating for the Festival Nautique, which takes place on July 20 and 21 at the Thomas-Monro and Louis-Stanislas-Pariseau parks, at the western end of the Soulanges Canal.

Once again this year, the event promises an entirely free family program.

Festival-goers will be able to take advantage of the pool with mini-pedalos, boat loan, foam cannon, towed tube rides and inflatable games. New attractions will also be available, including a hebertism course, remote-controlled boat demonstrations, tandem and family bike rides, and electric surfboards, among other surprises. Themed entertainment will also enrich the festive atmosphere of the event.

Musical evening by the shore

Saturday's program will continue into the evening, with an "Apéro-musical" at 5 p.m., followed at 8 p.m. by a show by Laurent Barsalou and his band.

In addition to the bar-terrace at l'Embouchure and the Univers de Sophie stand already set up for the summer season, street food trucks Frit et Gof (Belgian fries and waffles), gourmet treats from Madame Popcorn, sweets from Boule et crème and divine doughnuts from Palais des mini-beignes will be on hand.
