The unlikely little garden
As part of her residency, Diane aims to photograph the evolution of the community garden adjacent to Maison Valois. These images will serve as the basis for her digital drawings, enabling her to integrate elements of plant growth into her final works.
Drawing also on photographs of visitors (on a voluntary basis), she intends to create fantastical characters such as gnomes, fairies and hybrid creatures, integrating them harmoniously with vegetation and animality. Her aim is to illustrate that the creation of visual myths is part and parcel of contemporary art, contributing to today's culture.
