The Challenge des Régions, which took place from May 16 to 19 in Varennes, enabled Club de gymnastique Gymini to add eight new medals to its roster. 

Athletes in the R6 category shone particularly brightly. The 11-12 year-old category won a silver medal, while the 13-14 year-olds took gold, demonstrating their talent and dedication. These young gymnasts represented the Sud-Ouest region with brio, demonstrating their talent and dedication.

The only representative in her category, Mika Trottier (R6, 15+) impressed with her consistency. She delivered a masterful performance on beam and an elegant routine on floor. Her performance on the uneven bars earned her 6th place.

Malorie Rozon-Rodrigue (R6, 11-12 years) placed 8th on vault, 6th on uneven bars and trampoline, and 5th on beam. She won a bronze medal on floor and a silver medal on tumbling, finishing the competition in 5th place overall thanks to her exemplary attitude throughout the event.

For her part, Olivia Fortin (R6, 11-12 years) proved her consistency, winning three 4th-place ribbons on uneven bars, beam and tumbling. She also won a bronze medal on vault and a silver medal on floor, where she presented her layout for the first time. Olivia finished 4th overall on apparatus and received a special mention for her strength on beam.

Maya Costa (R6, 13-14 years) stood out with a 5th place finish on beam and a bronze medal on floor. She also impressed by competing her switch on beam for the first time.

Léanne Pirsch (R6, 13-14 years) took 6th place on vault and gold on floor with a flawless routine that impressed the judges with its control and interpretation.

Olivia Kra (R5, 11-12 years) took first place on floor with a score of 9.600 and a mention from the judges thanks to her impeccable technique and artistic energy. She also showed a beautiful handstand.

Laurie Riendeau (R5, 11-12 yrs.) stood out on floor with a score of 9.300 for 9th place, and showed fine execution on uneven bars, notably with her low section and run-up.

Romy Latulippe (R5, 11-12 years) showed excellent control on the bar and a fine performance on floor with mention from the judges, reflecting her hard work in training.

Livia Stars-Duffie (R5, 11-12 years) distinguished herself with a score of 9.025 on the uneven bars thanks to her impeccable technique and back dismount, earning her 11th place on this apparatus.

Maya Abu Saliqa (R5, 13-14 years) won a bronze medal on floor with a score of 9.525 thanks to her control and artistry. She also reached 5th place in tumbling with a great height for her back somersault and dynamic flicks.

Charlie Lavigne (R5, 13-14 years) stood out on bars with a score of 9.175, and showed good overall improvement on vault, reflecting her perseverance.

The only Gymini representative in her category, Bella Del Vecchio (R4, 13-14 years) showed great determination and performed a solid routine on beam, demonstrating perseverance.
Maeva Depierreux (R4, 11-12 years) showed elegance, placing 4th on tumbling and performing a solid routine on trampoline. Her floor routine was presented with grace and confidence, marking a fine competition.

Avery Hadjina (R4, 11-12 years) concluded her competitive season with a magnificent floor routine, demonstrating her talent and dedication.

Anne-Michelle Dorval (R4, 11-12 years) performed a fall-free routine on beam with grace and showed her strength and determination on floor to end her season on a high note.

Eva Mayor (R4, 11-12 years) put in a solid performance on trampoline and a fall-free routine on beam. She also impressed with her back handspring in tumbling.

Léane Woo Sun Cheong (R4, 11-12 years) represented the region on all six apparatus, executing each apparatus with care and elegance, and showing her determination and strength throughout the competition.

Despite a last-minute injury, Chloé Favreau (R4, age 9-10) demonstrated an exemplary attitude in her first experience of competing in a grand final. 

For her first experience, Anaïs Gagné (R4, age 9-10) presented a routine on uneven bars, earning her 8th place.

Daniella Jahchan (R4, 9-10 yrs) presented beautiful floor and bars routines with excellent leg control.

Zoé Edwards (R4, 9-10 years) charmed the judges with her magnificent floor routine.It was a great first finals experience.

Finally, Isla Longpré (R4, 9-10 years) maintained a positive attitude throughout the competition. She presented a beautiful tumbling routine and continues to show her good work.
