At the 2024 Canadian National Skating Championships held in Calgary, Alberta, from January 8 to 14, the Vaudreuil-Dorion duo of Deanna Stellato-Dudek and Maxime Deschamps distinguished themselves with a first-place finish.

Suroît results

In the Senior Couple category, Deanna Stellato-Dudek and Maxime Deschamps won their second career Canadian title. Despite Deanna's unusual fall in the triple loop throw, they finished in first place with a score of 66.86.

For their free program, the duo wanted to demonstrate their recent progress. Their free program performance earned them 138.93 points, and they finished in first place with a total of 205.79 points, for their second Canadian crown.

They will compete again at the ISU Four Continents Championships 2024 in Shanghai, China, from January 30 to February 4, 2024.

The event featured skaters in a variety of disciplines: men's and women's singles, pairs, ice dance and synchronized skating for the Junior and Senior categories.
