A residence on rue Montcalm in Pincourt is currently engulfed in flames. When firefighters arrived on the scene, the rear of the home was completely engulfed in flames, according to information obtained from Yanick Bernier, Director of the Pincourt/Notre-Dame-de-l'Île-Perrot Fire Department.

Several calls were made to 911 to report the blaze at 207 rue Montcalm.

For this intervention, the Pincourt/NDIP firefighters called on those of Terrasse-Vaudreuil, L'Île-Perrot and Vaudreuil-Dorion to provide assistance.

At the time of writing, the cause of the fire remains unknown. Nor is it possible to determine whether the occupants of the residence were on site when the blaze broke out.
