After several weeks' work, the new skateboard park at Coteau-du-Lac's Paul Stevens Park is now accessible to skateboarding enthusiasts. However, it's not completely finished, and a few installations and improvements may be added over the next few weeks.

It is essential to follow the instructions and guidelines indicated on the site, if you arrive on site:

- Children aged 10 and under must be accompanied by an adult;

- Helmets must be worn and protective accessories are strongly recommended.

- Bicycles, electric boards and scooters, motorcycles and remote-controlled vehicles are prohibited;

- No food, beverages, spectators or dogs allowed on the rolling area;

Roller sports present dangers and risks of injury. Use of the board is at the user's own risk.

The Town would like to take this opportunity to thank the young skateboarders who took part in the focus group a few months ago. They have certainly contributed to this achievement.

The redevelopment of the skateboard park was made possible thanks to a major grant of $95,000 from the Quebec government.
