The Ministère des Transports et de la Mobilité durable wishes to inform road users that Autoroute 40 (Félix-Leclerc) will be closed westbound from Friday evening until Monday morning, in order to continue repair work on the Chemin des Pins overpass in Sainte-Anne-de-Bellevue.

Here are the planned closures: 

Highway 40 westbound (towards Vaudreuil-Dorion): 

- Complete closure between exit no. 41 - Sainte-Anne-de-Bellevue / Boul. des Anciens-Combattants / A-20 OUEST / Île Perrot and the entrance from boulevard des Anciens-Combattants, from Friday 11:59 pm to Monday 5 am; 

Detour via the service road.

The A-40 WEST entrance under chemin des Pins will be closed by default, from Friday 11 p.m. to Monday 5:30 a.m; 

Reminder - chemin des Pins

- Complete long-term closure between Poultry Cottages and Chemin Sainte-Marie, until November.

- Detour via boulevard des Anciens-Combattants for all vehicles, pedestrians and cyclists.

- Local traffic allowed between rue Euclide-Lavigne and chemin Sainte-Marie.

Episodes of congestion are to be expected. The Ministry advises road users who will have to travel in the area to allow extra time to reach their destination.

Work may be postponed, extended or cancelled due to adverse weather conditions or operational constraints. Therefore, before taking to the road, we recommend that you consult Québec 511, a practical tool to help you plan your travel.
